This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Expect about 4-5 weeks for your purchase to arrive—I get my fabric custom printed with my patterns, so I will be placing orders once a week depending on the orders I have. I will contact you via email, once I have en estimated delivery date for my fabric with an estimated shipping date for your order. Thanks for your patience—slow fashion is much kinder to our beautiful planet!
Because of the "Made To Order" nature of this product, I do not offer returns or exchanges.
The exception to that is if there is a product flaw. If so, please contact me via the contact form on my site or at owlleeharris.designs@gmail.com. Any claims for flawed items must be submitted within 90 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.
